We grow (seasonally): From A-Z arugula, basil, bush beans, beets, broccoli, bok choy, chives, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, cilantro, celery, corn, cucumber, dill, garlic, greens (mesclun mix salad & microgreens), leeks, kale, lettuce, melons, onions, oregano, parsley, potatoes, peas, peppers, pumpkin, radish, rosemary, savory, spinach, sage, squash (pattypan, zucchini, butternut, spaghetti), swiss chard, strawberries, tomatoes, turnip.
Our sourdough bread takes 48 hours to make and is baked Friday morning with only 4 simple and natural ingredients...How exceptionally fresh is that? You can order small or large boules.
