This amazing coleslaw is perfect for summer-time tacos! Shrimp, fish, vegetarian, anything goes with this fresh, crisp slaw!
1/2 head of green cabbage (Shredded)
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup chives or green onions
1/2 cup cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. sea salt
juice of 2 limes
2/3 cup greek yogourt or sour cream (full fat)
Put all ingredients in a food processor or bullet/blender and puree until smooth. Massage into the cabbage and top on your taco, mesclun mix salad bed, or as a side to any meal.
