Zucchini Pasta
An easy and delicious gluten-free, low starchy carb option so you never have to miss another pasta dish again. Guess what? It takes 5 minutes!

Ingredients:
Zucchini (spiralized or julienned)

Olive Oil
Garlic, chopped
Sea Salt
Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Your favourite pasta sauce and/or meat sauce, meatballs
Microgreens (Arugula, Kale, or Broccoli-optional)
Directions:
In a medium hot skillet, add olive oil and saute garlic for 1 minute. Add zucchini noodles, cooked meat or meatballs, and sauce. Stir until heated through (1-3 minutes). Add salt and parmesan cheese to taste. Top with your favourite microgreens. Add a slice of sourdough garlic cheese toast. Enjoy this less heavy, yummy pasta dish. You may not even miss "real" noodles!
